• 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)

• 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)

• 500g of OTTOGI Beef Cream Soup.
• 1/2 cup dry sherry
• 1/4 cup OTTOGI Tomato Ketchup
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon OTTOGI Black Pepper Powder
• 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
• 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
